About my health
I always take care of meals. For example, I am trying eating fat less than 30g per meal. I also decide eating protein more than 140g in a day. Because I want to lose fat and build muscle. So, I will do my best in this winter, and I get the ideal body.
I respect your food consciousness. Are you making an ideal body or are you doing any sports? I don't like it because I eat as much as I like. I want to follow you and eat with a good nutritional balance.
